Experiences . . .
It was Late fall, October of 2002, when myself and my friend Matt wished to
Investigate his surrounding land. He lives on the outskirts of the city with his
house adjoining the state forest, high tension power lines and the running of
the concord river behind his house at the edge of his woods. His house has
always been a hot spot for activity, unexplained noises, apparitions, feelings
and interactions with unexplainable phenomena. Below are a list of Experiences
in Chronological Order.
October 20th est.
Myself and Matt had went out and purchased automatic paintball guns. Later that
night approximately 10:30pm, we set out in his back yard connecting to the woods
for some practice. After about 1,000 yards or so, we came to the clearing (a
service road that connects the high tension power lines to the left and the
children's hospital to the right). The only lights visible were from the parking
lot from the hospital as we bordered the outside of the perimeter fence past the
clearing. As we were about 3 minutes walking, we heard a scuffle in the woods
ahead of us. It sounded like a dragging sound considering it was late fall and
there were dry dead leaves all over the ground. We decided it was getting late
so we headed back to the house and thought it was just an animal anyways.
October 21st est.
Around the same time as the previous night, Matt and I headed back to the woods
again fully armed and camouflaged. We wanted to see what animal it was, since
deer were prominent there.
We walked past the clearing and past the hospital so that the lights were no
longer visible, (about 10 minute walk) We had mounted flash lights on our guns
to guide us where it was most thick until we came to another small clearing
which we call ((FORWARD POSITION)) This consisted of a small clearing in which 3
logs formed a triangle on the ground. We had the Concord River about 5 minutes
ahead that borders the woods to the north. We settled and setup a perimeter and
waited.
At least 3 minutes went by when we started to hear something moving in the woods
around us. We heard something cracking a stick and leaves like a heavy footstep.
The thing about it was that it didn't travel. We was so dense with leaves that
if you moved one inch you would make a noise. This thing just arrived to our
left, and then right without travel. We waited about 5 minutes later when
suddenly I had this Bad feeling like we shouldn't be there, (had nothing to do
with being in the pitch black woods at night alone 
So
I whispered to matt behind me " I have a bad feeling. . . . " when as soon as I
said it " SNAP" ! ! something had stepped right in back of us no closer than 3
feet away ! without making a single sound! I immediately fired thinking it was a
vicious animal and so did Matt as we turned on our flashlights and saw nothing.
We gathered our thoughts and headed to the hospital fence about 30 feet from the
clearing service road that connects to Matt's yard. We caught our breath and
waited as our backs against the fence in a canal about 3 feet deep. stretches
along the hospital fence so that the lights were over us casting a shadow on us.
About a minute or so later, Matt had heard something coming closer so we headed
to the clearing road and went to Matt's side of the yard looking at past the
service road and into the woods where we just were. 3 minutes went by and that's
when I heard more crackling noises and a low growl come from where we just were.
As I turned my head away for a second Matt got up and said " RUN" In the corner
of my eye I saw what appeared to be a hunch backed like creature only casting a
silhouette from the parking lot lights behind it. It came out of our previous
exit. Matt then shot as it darted across the road crashing in the bushes next to
us along the fence which was about 50 feet away. It darted faster than any human
could in about 3 bounds it covered 20 feet. We then ran back to the house and
gathered our thoughts. Matt's older brother was there and he wished to accompany
us so we reloaded and got some extra protection and headed back out there, just
incase it was an animal . All three of us traveled back to " FORWARD POSITION
where we first encountered the phenomena and setup a perimeter. We waited for
about 10 minutes when we heard it again. snapping of twigs and leaves. I stood
there peering into the darkness at the bushes that surround us concentrating on
any sound anything made. Soon later I heard Matt's brother, start to slide down
the tree we was leaning against and fall to his knees. .. . the next thing I
remember is waking up from I have no idea what when something brushed the
back of my hair and I fired instantly from shock and confusion that's when Matt
and Tim got up alerted and confused. We traveled back to the little clearing by
the hospital fence in the ditch canal and setup another perimeter there. We
waited and about 10 minutes later my concentration was on our exit to the
service road blocked by some small bushes. Minutes went by and without any sound
or notice Suddenly the bushes in front of me where I was looking dropped down as
if something stepped there and we all chased back to the service road without
seeing a thing. We made it back to the house and talked about the ordeal.
Night Notes: I had experienced a moment of loss of time and
consciousness. At that same time Matt had these sad dark depressing feelings
come over him and his eyes started to close, Tim had passed out when he slumped
against the tree. Secondly this creature traveled without detection and without
making a sound from each place it went. and Lastly, we could never see it only
its silhouette it cast in the lights.
October 25th through October 30th.
We had gone out there a couple of times with the same effect noises and this
time we heard a tropical bird cry from some I never heard before. This would cry
out and fly over us and then something would move in the woods. No close
encounters
October 31st. Halloween
Matt and friends and myself ventured just to the service road to see if we could
hear anything. We brought my night vision camera and matt stepped into the woods
just beyond the road. he heard something dart past him which we caught the
footsteps on camera and it crashed all around us even right next to me on Matt's
land but it wasn't trying to harm I don't believe.
Early November 2002
Matt's brother Tim and his fiancé and 3 other cousins including matt ventured
off into the woods on a cold November afternoon. Tim's fiancé, being a sensitive
so to speak, had a crystal on string and went to the infamous TREE ( a tree
shaped like a hand resulting in a lightning strike. as there was no wind she put
the crystal near the tree and it started to swing wildly counter clockwise very
violently. During the trip the cousins got very nervous and scared and panicked
and immediately wanted to leave the woods for the feared something was coming.
Mid November 2002
On my lunch break from work, I went to Matt's house and strapped on our gear and
headed out in the woods, my first time in the day time. We traveled to forward
position and looked beyond to the river which we could see since the sun was
out. we stayed about 20 minutes or so when suddenly in the tall grass about 10
feet from us. Something got up. It sounded enormous like a bear or moose
dragging but we couldn't see anything ! as we fell back it flanked us heading to
our right cutting us off so we ran for it back home . We couldn't see the source
of it though it was a few feet away and the sound was so enormous dragging
bushes and leaves. This thing just kept coming. as we rang shots into the air.
We eventually ran back and made it home.
Late November 2002
It was about 1pm and I was at work and Matt was at home. We were talking online
through instant messenger when he said he had to go for a while to get the
Christmas stuff out of the shed in the yard so he signed off roughly 1 to 130
pm. Around 3 or 4 he signed back on telling me that he need to see me after work
immediately. When I went over there he had asked how long we was offline and I
had said about 2 hours or so. He stood in shock and then told me what happened.
Matt: Right after he signed off, he headed out to the shed to get the Christmas
stuff but when we went there he forgot the flash light so he headed back to the
house, The next thing he knew he was in the middle of the woods at the FORWARD
POSITION without any protection and the sun was setting... He had said he
remembers just walking for no reason as if he wasn't in control. He lifted his
head and he was in the middle of the woods.
This is the primary conclusion of my report. Now there has been many
undocumented phenomena, such as Matt's house for one, story was in a previous
post, and his neighbors house, was exorcised.
Fact: 9 times out of 10 every venture into the woods ends up with this
phenomena, like crashing around you, sticks loud as if someone was stepping on
them, sporadically, not a travel pattern.
