The Mechanics and Dangers of Parasitic Entities – By Shane Sirois revisionII 2011

    In order to understand what ghosts are, it helps us to know how they are. All who investigate the paranormal should have a process to identify trends within their investigations. If this is done in an affective and proper way the investigator should note and document certain natural elements present in or around the home as well as  familiar behavioral patterns by one resident of the home or the family as a whole, in relation to the personality of their haunt. What we should soon begin to realize is that if you have a ghost that interacts with the family members, then you have an intelligent haunt. The common misconception is that someone needs to have died in the home in order to haunt it. This is, without a doubt, not the case at all. The home or land itself has to be conducive and must have certain elements present in order for the  interaction to take place between one parallel and the other. In a lot of cases there was a dramatic event or series of dramatic events that cause ripples in space-time, much like throwing a rock into a pond. Those dramatic events that took place send emotional shockwaves through space-time allowing the crossover between one parallel and the other. The same applies to the emotional waves that we send out. There are mechanics that make that possible. Things do not just happen for no reason and it is not as simplistic as these television shows will lead you to believe. If there is a home that is capable of hosting a haunt than that same home is capable of hosting good and/or evil. What is drawn to that open door seems to be attracted to the type of environment that is maintained within that home, most of the time. I have investigated many homes where the ghost was positive and happy in nature but when those families moved out and a different family moved in the personality of the haunt changed. The reason for this was that the original family was warm and loving whereas the family that moved in, who experienced a nasty haunt, had underlying issues and in some cases were quite dysfunctional. Parasitic Entities need at least three things from us, and will provoke those three things and further escalate the reasons for the initial introduction. I will go over in detail the three things that a parasite looks for and needs to stick around. It sometimes happens in a particular order but the truth of the matter is if one of these three things don't  attract the parasite one of the other two remaining will. Once a parasite is attracted through that open door, the events that will transpire will strengthen all three areas that I will now list and discuss.

Negativity; these parasites feed off of negativity. It is quite often the initial attractant and exposes that you are vulnerable. The dependence on the aforementioned "emotional shockwaves" to cross over just might indicate that it is frequency based. These entities enjoy you at your lowest point and will keep you there but the obvious goal is to take you lower. This does not mean that if the average person has a bad day that they will be attacked by a Parasitic Entity. Again, there's a little bit more to it than that. There needs to be other elements present in order to allow that interaction. If everything is right, then a crossover between parallels is initiated and thusly so is an open door. If that crossover is allowed, by the mechanics of necessary elements, then negativity will also allow a heightened level of the following two contributors.

Attention; giving attention to the subject of the paranormal is an admission that you believe in it or that you feel that it is probable. When you give attention to it you're obviously more likely to notice it. I liken this to a house I once drove by every day, year after year, and never even knew the house existed. Until one day I was looking for a new place to reside and found myself moving into this home. I have since moved out of that house and my attention is drawn to it every time I drive by, whereas before living there it was invisible to me. The same reasoning can be applied to ghostly phenomena. The entity needs your attention. The more attention you give to the entity the more it consumes your internal dialogue. This changes the way you think, the way you live and how you interact within your own home. The more attention you give to this parasite the more active it will become and the more aggressive it will become. It needs your attention. It needs you to acknowledge it. If you ignore it like it was not there it will look to feed elsewhere. Again, the more attention you give it the more aggressive it becomes and the more likely you are to start obsessing about the subject when you are home which turns over the control of your home to this entity. Fact; you are the one in charge! These Parasitic Entities need you.... you do not need them! I like to use this analogy because it seems to make sense to most. It's something I think most can relate to. Pretend you are on the phone speaking with someone and one of your children come to you pulling on your pant leg saying, "Mommy Mommy" or "Daddy Daddy". If you interrupt your conversation on the phone without question, knowing that there is nothing pressing with the child that is of an emergency, the child is more likely to interrupt you whenever he or she feels like it, whereas if you gestured to the child to hold on and make them wait until your conversation is finished then they will eventually learn to wait without interruption. These parasites operate almost the same way. You cannot let them interrupt your normal habits, your normal thoughts and your normal living. The moment you give them that control you lose your control over your own home. If there is a negative entity in your home doing nasty things it is imperative that you ignore it at all costs. It will eventually weaken and move on and that is no lie. Do not allow it to control your internal dialogue. If you are constantly thinking about it than that attention is just as valid as if you were physically giving it acknowledgment. Our thoughts are energy and energy is matter. 

Fear; Lots of cases start off simple. What seems like a simple haunt can turn nasty FAST. As stated above, if you have that "open door" (I hate to use common terminology but I feel it's the way most will receive it best) than anything can come through. When people have activity that seems nice or friendly they will most often than not start talking to it. They name it and talk to it throughout the house constantly. When you do that you will attract a Parasite. The Parasite needs to know that you will acknowledge it and will pay attention to it, as we covered already. They are intelligent and will use, mok, learn and create any situation to instill fear. Once people become afraid they most often let it control their internal dialogue and alter their normal daily and nightly routines. This gives the control to the Entity. The fact of the matter is they CAN harm you...............they CAN be nasty......and they will run you if you let them. YOU are in control of this things ability to stick around. Those three things listed need to be eliminated from a home in order to get rid of these Entities. Religion will only work if the people in the home believe 100%. Religion then becomes a tool to allow them to build up themselves in order to fight off the urge for those three things listed above. I bypass religion and deal with the mechanics directly. It works everytime as long as the family will listen and maintain the plan we lay out together.  WE are in charge of these things more than you realize. We can almost always dictate what comes through that open door. You won't hear many others in the field saying these things because they just can't think outside the box or operate outside of those foundationless theories that have been put in front of them by people who just don't have answers. Most need to unlearn what they think they know and operate under a new set of guidelines.......start from scratch and stop using these television shows as cutting edge. The ones that will be most effective in the field are the ones that can admit that we just don't know enough and go about it without ego. Things are moving forward in this field and I am excited.
